作为2020年联合国全球契约组织线上领导人峰会的成果之一,联合国全球契约组织与罗盛咨询共同编写了《实现行动十年计划的关键领导力特质》研究报告。该研究报告通过具体的商业案例,挖掘了新时代成功的商界领袖所具备的独特特征,这些商界领袖能够将可持续发展理念融入企业战略、运营和利益相关方合作。该研究报告基于对多位董事会成员与CEO的采访,明确指出了联合国2030年可持续发展议程的达成需要变革型的商业领导力,他们需要拥有超越短期利润的长远视野并接受与认同其自身作为变革推动者的角色,不仅限于企业内部,同时延展到更广泛的生态系统领域。

为了能够使中国企业及其他相关方群体更好的了解该报告的研究成果,并帮助企业打造能够推动联合国可持续发展目标早日实现的关键领导力,联合国全球契约组织与罗盛咨询将于9月1日上午10:00-11:30 联合举办《实现行动十年计划的关键领导力特质》网络研讨会活动暨报告中文版线上发布活动。
